As travel costs rise and staff time gets tight, online webinars are increasing in value as a continuing education tool. ALCTS is committed to creating new webinars on emerging issues in technical services, and we would like to train presenters on how to develop and present a webinar.

  • planning your webinar
  • keeping your attendees interested
